      Pros

      This firm truly cares about its people. Even during the COVID crisis, they were supportive and attentive to what needed to get done. Easy transition to work from home. Excellent support.

      Cons

      They are asking people to work in the office again even though COVID is still rampant and not everyone has had the opportunity to be vaccinated.

      Genuinely care about their staff. Flexible working environment. Wonderful holiday and time off benefits. Great people!

      Cons

      Salary is a little low compared to similar firms in the area. Capped at a certain salary with only 2% raises available no matter how good you are.
