Saildrone is a fast paced and exciting place to work, and as the leader in its industry breaking new ground every day. Where else can you sail your design into a hurricane and see it come out the other side unscathed? The company is made up of passionate, talented people and has a 'show me' culture that focuses on building things and testing them in the real world.

Cons

Saildrone is in its awkward teenage years after going through a significant growth spurt. Lots of new people trying to find their place and contribute to the many projects in flight. If you are looking for a place where every week is like the last it is probably not for you. If you want somewhere where you learn something new every day it is a great ride!
