      Pros

      A fantastic team, awesome investors (accel, deepfork, emergence, mdv, svb, & wti), and a great culture. The Enterprise SaaS space is getting really hot again, and Genius/LeadRocket are squarely in the hunt. Great benefits for a small company including solid medical/dental, unlimited PTO, a Tahoe office, philanthropy matching, and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Genius grew really quickly and possibly a little prematurely which caused a bunch of unnecessary growing pains. The coffee machine requires a PHD to use.

      Pros

      Leadership (D Thompson) was terrific, culture was fun, energetic, passionate, and we all knew how to work hard and play hard. Great atmosphere.

      Cons

      I think the only cons were some disconnect and disrespect amongst members of the leadership team from time to time, which - because the team was so close generally, did have an impact across the company.

      Pros

      This is the most innovative company I've ever worked for. The team is great and their approach to the business is refreshing. An open, honest management style levels the organization and everyone in the company is heard. Not to mention that this company is positioned for huge success.

      Cons

      Genius is a start-up with about 75 people. So it sits somewhere between a small and medium business and growing pains arise at times.
