      Organization allows all employees to work from home and also provides employees with the choice of working a standard 5 day work work or a 4 day work week.

      Pros

      Stable, fully remote, good leadership, great culture. The owner passed on the ownership recently to his son and both are very good at leading the company.

      Cons

      Some (certainly not all) of the management has been there for 20+ years and that leads to rigid, old-school beliefs and styles. The teams headed by those managers have often turned down more modern advancements for "that's how we have always done it" style of thinking, leading some teams to advance much faster than others. The product can be difficult to learn and leads to the core skills being proprietary applications.
