      Meal for lunch are provided, good work environment (depends on the department), good salary for entry level (transport, gratuity)

      Cons

      - late, sick and leaves will deduct your salary - moderate family company (some office policies and rules a bit unprofessional)

      Environment: is good, family oriented and skill full knowladge and more experience for a new things Salary: normal and fit for range scale job profession

      Cons

      salary / benefit: - because there are still burdensome deductions such as arriving late, salary deducted, illness deducted, and WFH deducted, then during Covid the salary was also deducted (instead of adjusting the company's income on the products they sell) - there are no permanent employees even though they (hrd) convey that possibility
