I am actually excited to go to work each day in the greatest city in the world and build someone’s dream location for their business, it’s extremely rewarding.

Honestly it's the best work environment I've been in. The interviews allowed me to meet higher management and it was there and then I knew I would fit in. Pro# 1: Recognition is given Pro #2: Management encourages you to grow throughout the company as early as 3 months in Pro #3 Teamwork amongst the group is nothing I ever experienced. There is always someone willing to help get the job done. Some even go out of their way Pro #4: Open Door policy is NO LIE we can speak to each other anytime Pro #5: Work-Life balance is encouraged by management Pro #6: You always get real time feedback Pro #7: Company events are amazing.
