Pros

You get really close to your team especially during busy season. There have been new initiatives to help new hires get used to the firm.

Cons

Some higher ups can be hard to get in touch with or impatient but that's not all of them. The CEO really cares and overall people are nice and I have learned so much. You can get promoted quick as long as you prove yourself.
