      Flexible work environment, supportive management team, fun teamwork vibe even remotely.

      Cons

      The lengthy tenure of senior leadership also creates less room for possible management growth, but they are also open to the opportunities.

      Pros

      I've been with Saybrus for 3 years. I love it. Working form home and flexibility. A great team behind us and busy environment.

      Cons

      The only cons are taking time off can be difficult. And the company was bought by another company and their holiday schedule/PTO is not great
