      Pros

      - Favourite part of Scalepad is our team. Energetic, fun, close team brings a great atmosphere into the workplace. - Management is always receptive to feedback, ideas or suggestions on ways to improve (workflows, coaching, mentoring, processes etc) and more often then not go the extra mile to implement those suggestions.

      Cons

      Processes, methods and solutions are always changing. If that's something you don't like or can't handle then the tech industry likely isn't a great fit for you.
