Pros

1) What I loved most about Scatter was being able to talk to just about anyone! Management does not have any airs about themselves and you do not have to jump through multiple hoops to be heard. 2) You have the opportunity here to suggest new ways of doing things or try out something different. Doesn't really matter what level you've joined in at. 3) Scatter does some really good work across their roster of clients and yes, while some days are heavier than others, you'll learn lots along the way. This is also one of the ONLY companies/agencies that give folks an annual break at the end of the year. It's a proper reset mentally and physically, and works wonders :)

Cons

none come to mind at the moment

Pros

Scatter is one of the best agencies you can work with, if not the best. Every agency has its own pros and cons, but it's about what ultimately outweighs the others, which is why Scatter outshines. - Super Amazing Management - Really supporting colleagues - Amazing clients (Difficult and big clients, but good for a resume) - Space to make errors and learn from them Would look fake if I say more, haha, but really, it is an employee-first agency.

Cons

Not that I can think of, but yes, since they are open to making things suited for you. You have to be ownership-driven. Not a place for people who just want to follow procedures and not be able to make one if one is needed.
