Hard to tell what C-Suite expects. However you can get a pretty good hint at how they feel based on your salary. A couple good bumps a year = good. 1 little bump a year = bad.
Pretty flat company, so there aren't progression milestones. This can be a pro if you don't care about that, as long as you are getting good raises. Basically, I would try to meet as many people as possible before hand and make sure you really like them, especially CEO, because their view of you will determine your experience.
