Pros
Good work life balance. There's some flexibility with working hours and you can work from anywhere. There's a strong focus on culture when hiring so you are surrounded by friendly, hard working and intelligent people who inspire you. Time is set aside weekly for training to improve your skills.
Cons
Usual niggles that you would expect for a company growing at this rate. Sometimes communication issues but the company continuously solicits feedback and it's being worked on.

From the moment I joined SchemeServe I have felt supported and empowered in my role by the management, The work-life balance is fantastic and was also supported when I struggling through a period with my mental health.
