I've only been with Schneider a short time but the onboarding was great. Access to Sr Management including the CEO is rare. I believe folks at Schneider genuinely want you to contribute.

None that I have seen.

Pros

Schneider is a unicorn. The company provides transparent leadership, clear goals and feedback, opportunity to grow your skillset and career, autonomy to do your job, and intentionally adds really great people to work alongside. I'm so proud to work here.

Cons

If you aren't interested in putting in the effort to achieve results, this might not be the place for you. Based on what I'm reading in other reviews, you should be aware the company is still at a size where there is no where to hide. M&A is also a given here and those adverse to change might find adapting difficult.
