      Pros

      Great home time, Respectful no micromanagement and keep me moving. Equipment kept up to par. Keep new tractors and trailers routinely.

      Could put more in the trucks(refrigerators, cable, microwave etc.

      Great company to drive for. DM was the best I've had so far. I only left to take a local job to be closer to home.

      Away from home 5-6 weeks at a time.
