Tons of work coming in at varying levels, gives you a great opportunity to learn all facets of recruiting, Management and staff alike are extremely supportive and helpful. Clear metrics as to what is expected of you. Relaxed working environment, and the office is dog friendly!

Cons

The office can be a bit chilly, and traffic going home can be heavy due to being located right off of 70.
