Scope AR has an employee rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars, based on 24 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there. The Scope AR employee rating is 32% below average for employers within the Information Technology industry (3.9 stars).
Scope AR has delivered some truly exciting capabilities to the enterprise AR marketplace in the past two years. The flagship AR work instructions authoring the product, Create, leads the industry with incredible easy-to-use features available through a web browser. The next few years will bring extremely valuable integration capabilities in the areas of PLM and IoT. Scope AR is a very exciting place because they are too big where it cannot be responsive to the marketplace and not too small where they have to bootstrap absolutely everything. I left a very large multinational software company to come to Scope AR to directly help build the future of the Enterprise AR industry. I have not been disappointed.
Cons
It is a start-up, and the opportunity and need to wear many hats are ever-present. This type of working style may not appeal to those who need rigid processes and a hierarchical structure.
