Pros
You will work for the education and for the kids, which is awesome. Is a new company with young people with a media of under 30 years old, making the culture and dynamics a special touch.
Cons
They don't value your experience. There is just one way to do things, Sdui way. There are no opportunities to grow if you are not friend of or have a good relationship with someone in the C-Level. The C-Level is too far from reality and what is happening in the company.
