I've been with Search Influence for just under a year, and I can confidently say it's the best company I've ever worked for. The benefits are wonderful, management is attentive, and the work environment is incredibly supportive. Perhaps my favorite aspect of working here is the flex time. Working from home is great, but being able to flex my time to run errands or take care of personal matters changed the game. This flexibility has been a lifesaver, especially when dealing with family emergencies or other unexpected events. Another great perk is the team-building activities. We have regular team-building events, which help us bond as a team and build strong relationships. Super important when working remotely! The staff at Search Influence, from CEO to supporting roles, are always willing to help out, and they are always looking for ways to make our work lives easier. They are so supportive and are always there to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand.
