The people who have owned and presently own and operate SM are extraordinary people. Their emphasis on helping the individual become all that they can is unfortunately an exceptional culture in America today. Their commitment to excellence is very admirable. I resigned to pursue a position as a lecturer at one of this country's top universities. I borrowed much of what I learned at SM and made it a part of my lectures. I sincerely believe that I became a better husband, father and citizen as a result of my employment at SM. I maintain contact with the team at SM to this day.
