      Many thanks for taking the time to review Search. We’re delighted that you’ve recommend us and have given an overall positive outlook on your time with us. We will pass over your thoughts on greater flexibility and adaptiveness regarding our staff to our HR team but unfortunately due to the nature of our business, a work life balance in recruitment is sometimes difficult to master. However as you mentioned, we have an excellent support structure in place both from our managers and our central staff for all our new starters.
