      Pros

      Love working at Search- a very supportive team and an extremely rewarding place to work. The work they do each day is truly incredible and I’ve learned so much by working here. Overall completely recommend it, Best workplace I’ve ever had. Benefits are great too!

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lot of work to be done, as in any nonprofit, but it’s all worth it to support the very worthwhile mission and they do provide you the tools to succeed.

      Pros

      Search has a very welcoming team, coworkers are very fun to be around and Search offers a great benefits package for full-time employees. The leadership team is friendly and open/receptive to ideas and change within the organization.

      Cons

      There are many sites at Search, so sometimes it can be hard to get to know coworkers quickly. As things begin to open up, I am sure this will change.

      Pros

      Search does a great job listening to the staff and meeting their needs. For as little as the government funds programs like Search, they thinks of creative ways to make staff feel appreciated. In every job you work with people who have different opinions which can make the job difficult. There are trainings provided that help encourage staff to gain professional development. The individuals are the main reason to stay. Making a difference in their lives and seeing positive changes.
