      Pros

      very flexible and chill. hybrid work with only 2 days in the office and the office is cool. people are really nice and almost everyone is happy to be here.

      Cons

      there is a lot to learn when you first start and the ways of doing things here are really confusing for no reason but you get the hang of it after a while.

      Secretly is a very good employer. It's an indie company so resources are limited but within their scope, they are sharing everything with their staff.

      Cons

      budgets are limited which can sometimes cause longer roads to the end goals.

      Pros

      Everyone at Secretly that I've worked closely with are all good, thoughtful people. The company is very open about their inclusive nature, and you'll find a very diverse and vibrant employee base.

      Cons

      Sometimes the overall vision and direction are not making it down from the C Suite to managers or staff.
