      Pros

      I was able to make a lot of extra cash by making myself available to work some extra hours. Also, my experience with other security services company is lack of pride in appearance but that's not the case with this company. I like the fact that the company stresses professionalism.

      Cons

      People to tend to call off or relieve late resulting in having to work later than usual.

      We appreciate the feedback provided by this former employee. As suggested, we have held Townhall style meetings where our current employees have been invited to meet in person with the corporate management team to express their concerns without fear of retribution. In 2021, we intend to continue this tradition in a virtual forum in hopes to gauge the morale of our field personnel and continually solicit suggestions for improved working conditions.
