      Pay is always on time, never any hours missing, always over time available, annual pay increases after years with the company, very understanding in emergencies or need a day off , the boss is honest and fair with everyone.

      Cons

      The cons depends on where you are placed, you can be in a high rise or in a parking lot dealing with transients.
