Pros
Security Alarm Now is within the top 1% of dealers for ADT and growing. The company has a strong growth forecast which continually needs adjustment because the forecast is constantly being shattered by record breaking weeks and months. There is an extremely strong team of committed individuals who refuse to except failure. Everyone here from the sales advisers, field technicians, field managers, trainers, and further levels of management are all very engaged in improving the business and work diligently at finding creative and sound plans to exceed key metrics.
Cons
It may sound unfair but at the time this review is being created there really aren't any. Unless you consider that tremendous growth brings a fair share of "growing pains" but to me, that is a good problem to have.

Pros
Lots of things to learn here so your always getting better at your job. If you show willingness to learn they will bring you on to special menus.
Cons
Room to grow is slow here it takes a while to advance. Some of the people are still stuck in the mind set of the old management.
