Pros

The best thing about security bank was the customers. They were great. Hated to leave them, but was blessed when I left the company

Cons

There is a huge turnover rate in the front-end positions. There were never any strong manager or even good managers at that in the odessa area.

Nothing bad to say except lending was to concentrated in one area. Need to diversify into other areas to reduce risk.
