I'm glad you took the time to drop in and give us the review. I've printed this one out and will be sharing with my team. If we haven't given enough credit where credit is due I apologize. Our agents are the center, and lifeline of this company. Without you we are non existent. Being a former agent with another company before ever excepting my first management position, I understand that feeling of "what have you done for me lately." To me, that style of management fuels the beginning of the end for any professional relationship, regardless of the industry or company. If people are always climbing an uphill battle for appreciation and praise they'll eventually realize it's never coming and think, why am I working somewhere I'm not appreciated?
