unsure of the cons, but its stuff to flex with and be outward outlook!

Pros

As someone who has made sales and marketing my profession, since I discovered at the age of 18 that this is the best way to directly effect my paycheck, I feel I have some context as to make judgment. This company, it's founders and it's employees, embody the idiology of what it means to be entrepreneurs, salesman, motivated and above all living the American dream. I have yet to meet a team that is as hungry for success as they are in seeing their peers succeed. There is ample room for those who fight and none for those who dont.

Cons

The cons, if I must, are just the same as any other sales job, there are ups and downs. Ebb and flow. This, however, is the point. Who wants a same ol same ol. You go into sales because its your PASSION, it's your choice. You enjoy the challenge and even more, what you learn about business. I have no CONS other than I don't still work there.

Pros

Performance based, fast-paced & exciting atmosphere with enjoyable coworkers. Excellent pay structure including weekly pay periods. Extremely competitive in the industry and continues to expand into new areas allowing for new jobs/management positions.

Cons

Can occasionally become a "what have you done for me lately?" environment. Salespeople tend to work really hard while superiors reap the praise/accolades for said effort. Dealing with negative reputation of previous agents. Lack of professionalism/accountability while handling issues.

I'm glad you took the time to drop in and give us the review. I've printed this one out and will be sharing with my team. If we haven't given enough credit where credit is due I apologize. Our agents are the center, and lifeline of this company. Without you we are non existent. Being a former agent with another company before ever excepting my first management position, I understand that feeling of "what have you done for me lately." To me, that style of management fuels the beginning of the end for any professional relationship, regardless of the industry or company. If people are always climbing an uphill battle for appreciation and praise they'll eventually realize it's never coming and think, why am I working somewhere I'm not appreciated? Thank you, your experiences has not gone unnoticed and I'll do my best to fix the issues you've outlined!
