      no downside. Can be a little overwhelming but great team of support behind you. Work can be tedious at times

      Supportive, talented team. Great work life balance, with some flexibility in hours. Good opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      A little disorganized with online filing - but they are working on it! Small company, so not as many benefits as a larger company.

      I love the support I receive from management all the way up to company executives. This is a wonderful job with a certain amount of flexibility built-in. The people I work with are all professional and hard-working.
