      Pros

      This was my first chance to work with a small business, so I had to do a lot of work I would have had no idea about otherwise. However, it taught me a lot about hitting the pavement, talking with people, and overcoming my own personal fears.

      Cons

      Because it's a small company, there is less established procedure, and there was a lot more coordination with senior management, which meant my people skills had to be a lot more polished.
