management is willing to work with you, they are aware you have a life and family outside of work. good office culture, lots of fully-funded lunches, happy hours, office parties, etc. they are willing to give raises and promotions, it’s overall a great place to work.

Cons

they change up their systems fairly often, if you don’t like change this can be difficult.
