      Pros

      Although it's been a few years since I left Seez, I still have a very good memory of the experience. The team was super welcoming and friendly, management gave a lot of freedom in managing the work and the daily routine was pretty smooth and pleasant.

      Cons

      These are probably the stereotypical startup cons: goals were not clear at times, priorities would shift often and processes were basically non existent.

      complete flexibility on remote working strong ethics full transparency super smart and kind people to work with interesting problems to solve flat structure

      Keep up with the nature of a start-up, i.e. don't expect the new developments come to you; ask for details

      Pros

      My experience at Seez so far has been fantastic. The management has a vision its trying to acheive, there are a great deal of smart people to learn from and work with and the people team keep everyone going with the encouragement and support.

      Cons

      There's inherent risk in working for a startup and the pace is faster but that is dependent on personal preference in my experience.
