      Pros

      The work environment is second to none, led by a very hands on ownership group that truly cares about their employees, as well as their development and growth within the company. A very user-friendly work environment, with some amazing perks: Indoor pickleball court, arcade, stocked kitchen, ping pong tables, pinball machines, monthly massages to name a few. Overall, a 10/10 to work for.

      Cons

      Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with any. You spend so much of your time with those you work with, which makes working at Select Bankcard that much easier.

      Pros

      This is a fast rising star in Utah Business. Select Bankcard is a financial tech company that views a technical advantage can be created in the financial space. Technically this company is an ISO in the payments industry, but it's leadership is ambitious and promoting interesting new ideas and technologies that can be used to solve financial issues.

      Cons

      This is a relatively new company but this can easily be seen as an upside.
