Pros

Work your own schedule, as long as your done by the date/time you need to be, that alone can make this job worth it! Hard & honest work - but not too hard!

Cons

Really just that it's not great pay, but it's not bad pay either, depends on what your needs are, training was ok... found I had a lot of questions while on the job, but I think that's true of a lot of jobs/companies.

Able to work alone as quickly as desired and in charge of your assigned stores weekly/multi weekly merchandising visits. Flexible visit times.

Cons

Only a part time job, typically not enough hours or stores for all number of employees in a given region to makeup a full time paycheck
