      Everything you expect in a startup

      Pros

      Fast pace environment, good development opportunities, really good group of people who want to make it work. Product is constantly evolving and product team is thorough sharing road map and updates.

      Cons

      Start up environment means having to adapt quickly and be agile. Tough decision have to be made to move the product and business along which sucks when its a small team and everyone is close. . Clear vision and strategy, it has taken some wrong decisions to get to this point but looking forward to what we can do next!

      Pros

      A forward thinking company, who are embracing modern working practices and modern methods within all areas of the business. Everyone in the company performs to a high standard, in particular computer literacy level is very high. The company has huge potential and it's great to be part of something that is driving change.

      Cons

      This is a SME, compared with a large company it doesn't have a lot of the corporate structure and processes. However it's on par with other SME companies.

      Loads of opportunity and progression!

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over a year and have been given loads of autonomy, flexibility and progression opportunity. The product is constantly developing and we still have loads of room for growth and expansion which is super exciting! I look forward to being apart of the Selligence movement and what's to come.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change in the product over the last year which has meant we need to be more adaptable as a team. This isn't a negative as its been really exciting to see the development but it does mean anyone joining the business needs to be open minded and comfortable with this.
