      Pros

      4 day work weeks, OT when available. Excellent benefits. Management cares about everyone, specifically in the factory. Leaving the state so had to resign.

      Cons

      Long 10 hour shifts, but Fridays off is worth it. More OT would be nice, understanding pandemic did not help. Engineering could be better, drawing errors slow things down.
