      Pros

      I started here at Sempris a couple weeks ago and have had such an amazing experience so far. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to new employees which is so important and meaningful when starting at a new company. The brand new building is such a great work space with plenty of outside light and an absolutely beautiful layout.

      Cons

      There has been no cons of this position or my manager/other employees so far.

      - Quick and easy process of setting up interviews - Follow up after interviews was immediate - New clean office building with plenty of personal room - Small (but expanding) teams of kind individuals

      - No regular work from home/hybrid model
