      Pros

      Sencha has some of the smartest and easiest to work with developers you'll find anywhere. Their products are widely used and highly regarded. As a developer you are given the latitude to solve problems the way you feel is best and are encouraged to innovate. Developers are supported with top of the line gear and tools. No fuss or corporate bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Building a team of such great developers wouldn't be possible at a single site. Because of this sencha is very spread out across the US and Europe. You'll need to be comfortable working with people remotely over chats and hangouts. On the plus side this means that Sencha is very flexible with working from home.

      It's very exciting to work at the leading edge of cross-platform app development and managment.

      Pros

      The Ext JS, Sencha Touch, and Sencha Space engineering teams are all top-notch, and very easy to work with (as is the Executive team, due to the relatively flat hierarchy in place).

      Cons

      It can be hard to maintain focus on building visionary products while staying committed to legacy browser support.
