I just noticed some comments from ex employee that there is micro-management at Seon. It has just been 2 weeks I work for Seon and my very initial impressions are more than I expected. I make decisions at the level I work and am authorised. The Sr Mgt Team make the decisions deemed to be taken by them. I can understand the frustration of some ex colleagues who left us or lost their jobs, but losing a job doesn't mean we then get unprofessional, dishonest and post damaging feedback/comments in social media. Seon is a great employer to work and a learning platform for get employees who love to learn and be part of a productive team.

Positive and easygoing atmosphere, fantastic Social Club , free parking, stocked kitchen, friendly, hard working staff, and not downtown (little traffic, next to the Fraser River near trails and no office towers).
