      Can work in a comfortable space with capable colleagues. However, the tasks that are received are complex and challenging. So I can feel accomplished when I complete my tasks.

      Pros

      Smart team, members and hardworking cofounders. Repect each others and discuss about issues and insights. Company is willing to help individuals to grow up, which they believe one's growth may lead company's grow. I'm happy to be here, and hope smart and kind ppl to join SR!

      Company's vision and mission should be shared in short term and long term, aligning members to the goal. So sad that we share the goals not as a company wise but the team wise.
