Pros
This is a great environment to come and work in. The people are friendly and its small enough that you really get to know the people you work with. Everyone has a can do attitude and it's a place you can really look foward to going to in the morning. It's also a very flexible place to work.
Cons
Honestly there are not that many things that you can complain about here. The major downside would be that sometimes people are too friendly and more talking gets done than working.
