Pros
Excellent company to work for with a great team! The solution the company sells and services provides a significant amount of value for their customers. Additonally, Serenic works with the Non-profit and Public Sector markets which allow you to work with folks who are making a difference in their communities. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to work for Serenic and should have never left.
Cons
Was a little chaotic during the acquisition of the company by the VC firm in 2014 but things settled down.
