      Pros

      I’ve been with Sermo for over a year, and I only have good things to say. The company has an amazing culture that truly values collaboration and growth. I really appreciate how well-organized the processes are, especially around sprints and releases, it makes work efficient and clear. The team works together seamlessly, and management consistently takes the time to check in and help resolve any blockers, which shows they genuinely care about our success. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to work.

      Balance between work and personal life. Workload sometimes can be overwhelming; however management knows it and helps in every single aspect. Good environment. There is opportunity to grow.
