      Pros

      Awesome team. You get to improve peoples lives by delivering 5 star quality products. The best thing about all of it is dealing with very happy clients who truly are grateful for our service.

      Cons

      Things are improving greatly. Growing pains are something you need to learn how to deal with. Just work hard and learn as we grow together.

      Pros

      Rapidly growing business with so much potential to advance even more in the next few years. Amazing team work and atmosphere. Great CEO. Takes the time to learn more about his employees and their outside work.

      Cons

      Since the company is rapidly growing.. faster than what they ever predicted, it is normal for the work to double and to work under pressure for a week or so. But I always tell my colleagues, if you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.
