Pros

One of the strongest Russian corporates with highly developed Treasury function. They've done a fantastic progress in building up their processes, which I guess should be an industry benchmark. Interesting projects, highest level of corporate culture on the Russian market make this place a really decent one to work at.

Cons

Mature organization, so some people may be too "fast" or too "innovative" for this place.
