      Pros

      Provide ample training and education opportunities, flexibility for time off, management really seems to care and take an active interest in how you are genuinely doing, ample opportunity to advance through company or transfer to different dealership/market. Above industry average pay across the company.

      Cons

      Limited holidays and pto, especially your first year. Dental and vision plan doesn’t cover much. Strict enforcement of the Sewell interpretation of “business professional” dress code for female associates, less often for male associates.
