      Pros

      Small company that cares about the well being and health of their employees and their employees families. Easy to talk to management about any issues made this team feel more like a family than coworkers. The owner cares about everyone's diet, health and even paid for a hair test analysis for everyone which is costly!

      Some of the employers are slacking which brings down the efficiencies
