      Fast growing which is a pro for me but could feel overwhelming to some.

      1) Growth and M&A changes have come with some challenges 2) Some processes and systems are still catching up to the pace of expansion 3) Workloads can be intense at times, but leadership is focused on long-term solutions 4) Compensation can feel low for the amount of work we put in but bonuses have helped fill this gap and are greatly appreciated

      The company competes in a shrinking market. The new software was a long time coming. The silver lining here is that it creates a huge moat to deter other industry competitors from making the same significant investment in comprehensive upgrades.
