Great people, with team-work spirit. Flexible work space remote/in-office. When the company succeeds, it's shared back with employees. Forward thinking and open communication from the top down - huge plus!

Cons

Some resource limitations (as with many companies). Nothing that's a complete blocker. Naturally, always wanting for more.
