Pros
A good company overall, with lots of professionalism and taking safety seriously. It also protects its employees from lay off and promotes the good hands and attitude
Cons
If you dont have a degree the chances are limited to be a labor in general, but thats understandable. Also expect hard working days and really depressing boring ones

Pros
Good Wages, decent benefits and honest hard work. Safety, quality and production are huge but can get lost in translation between managers.
Cons
Plant could use some air quality engineering, it gets pretty hot. Union can get a bit political in small towns.
