The greatest advantage of this job is the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment. Additionally, I enjoy the travel opportunities and the excellent compensation package.

Cons

Occasionally, upper management would alter policies without explanation, impacting field personnel and causing confusion and frustration among the team, ultimately leading to decreased efficiency and morale.
